Delivery Notes

Nau Mahina can deliver throughout the UK, Europe, America and other selected international destinations. The delivery price quoted via pay pal is for UK customers only, for any other destination please contact sales@naumahina.com and a quote and a delivery date will be stated.

Unfortunately, delivery to PO Box addresses or Hotels cannot be made for security reasons. The shipping and billing address must be the same. Should you need to amend your delivery address, contact sales@naumahina.com.

Customs Import Duty:
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, Nau Mahina has no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. For further details contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Delivery Type:
UK Standard Delivery (3-4 working days)
Available Monday to Saturday, except bank holidays.
* Your orders will be sent via Royal Mail recorded delivery
* An email with the Tracking Number will be sent when your parcel is despatched.
* A signature will be required on receipt.
* If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
* Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
* Unfortunately we cannot deliver on a bank holiday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
* In the event of a Royal Mail strike, we will switch our deliveries to other carriers to avoid delays to your delivery.

Next Day Delivery (next day before 1pm if the order is placed before 1pm the previous day)
Available Monday to Saturday, except bank holidays.
* Your orders will be sent via Royal Mail special delivery
* An email with the Tracking Number will be sent when your parcel is despatched.
* A signature will be required on receipt.
* If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will leave a calling card telling you how you can pick it up.
* Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.

Urgent deliveries within the M25:
Available Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays.
* Your orders will be sent via Addision Lee
* To book this type of delivery please contact sales@naumahina.com
* A signature will be required on receipt.
* If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, the carrier will return the goods to Nau Mahina
* Please note that it is not possible for you to collect your order in person from our distribution centre.
