To place an order select the items by colour and size which will be added to your Cart. When you have completed your shop, view your cart via pay pal and at this point you will be prompted to pay for your goods.
Orders can be taken online or over the phone, all purchases are made via paypal or if you prefer you may send a cheque or BACS transfer. If you would like to pay for goods by cheque or do a BACS transfer please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
If an item is unavailable you will be contacted by Nau Mahina to inform you when it will be available or offer you an alternative.
If an item is unsuitable it can be exchanged for another size/style or credit note as long as it has been returned unworn within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
For return address please contact email@example.com. Any unreturned or damaged items will not be exchanged therefore it is advised returns are to be sent recorded or special delivery. Postage will not be refunded from the oridinal order or when the item is returned.
Nau Mahina Ltd ensures all items are made to the highest standard, in the unlikely event that the product has a manufacturing defect, this may be returned within 14 days of delivery and a replacement will be dispatched.
Nau Mahina undertakes no warranty to refund items outside of a reasonable time period or where product return is without a clear manufacturing defect. Items that are not deemed faulty will be returned to you. Liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase value of the product.
